Capital Square buys Downtown property that is part of the $65 million Butler Row project

Capital Square has bought a Downtown property at 509 S. B.B. King Blvd. in the historic South Main neighborhood for $2.8 million.

The property, owned by Australia-based Drapac Capital Partners, is part of the Butler Row project, a 2.34-acre project that was announced in December.
