Hunter Wilson

Associate Development Manager

Equipped with a contracting background of custom residential and commercial construction, Hunter Wilson serves as an Associate Development Manager for Capital Square. He oversees the design and construction of new development projects in addition to larger capital expenditures for existing assets. Prior to joining Capital Square, Hunter worked for Lynx Ventures, managing the design and construction of new development projects including new multifamily, office space, industrial process facilities, and historic renovations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in building construction and a double major in real estate from Virginia Tech.
