LOUIS ROGERS has been a trailblazer in the commercial real estate industry throughout his 35-year career. One of his earliest positions was with law firm Hirschler Fleischer, where he founded and led the firm’s real estate securities practice group and was an early adopter of Section 1031 exchanges. In 2012, Rogers founded Capital Square, a company built on the desire to help investors navigate the tax-advantaged real estate space. As CEO of Capital Square, Rogers is responsible for the company’s platform and overall operations.
