Multiple multifamily properties sold in Richmond area

Three large, multi-family properties in the Richmond area have new owners.
Colliers International brokers represented Dominion Associates LC in the sale of 538-unit Aden Park & Glenway Green on German School Road in Richmond to Hivernan Realty Group for $46.55 million.
Denver-based Hivernan Realty Group invests in workforce housing in secondary and tertiary markets.
Will Mathews, Austin Weathington, Carter Wood and Jason Hetherington of the Colliers International East Region Multifamily Advisory Group team represented the seller in the transaction.
In a separate sale, Colliers International brokers represented Huguenot Associates LLC in the sale of Axis 147, a 296-unit complex in Chesterfield County, to Capital Square 1031 for $39.5 million. Capital Square 1031 is based in Henrico County.
Huguenot Associates LLC, is a partnership between Lincoln Property Company and Ritz Banc Group. Axis 147 is on Irondale Road in North Chesterfield.
Colliers brokers Will Mathews, Carter Wood, Jason Hetherington, and Bruce Milam represented the seller in the transaction.
