Louis Rogers Launches CRE Investment Company

Commercial real estate investment veteran Louis Rogers has launched a new venture, Capital Square Realty Advisors LLC, Richmond, Va.

The new company aims to provide institutional quality real estate investments for high net worth investors seeking replacement property for 1031 exchanges and regular cash investments in an effort to maximize riskadjusted returns and tax advantages.

It uses the Delaware Statutory Trust structure to syndicate properties in small units for acquisition by qualified high net worth investors.
