Prescott Woolley

Development Associate

Prescott Woolley is a development associate at Capital Square. Prescott joined Capital Square in 2021 as a financial analyst in the asset management department focusing on dispositions, portfolio valuation, leasing, and work outs. He has completed over $230MM in asset dispositions. Prior to Capital Square, Prescott was a senior DUS production analyst at NorthMarq Capital Finance, where he originated over $1.5 billion in Fannie Mae multifamily debt and structured financial products throughout the United States. Prior to NorthMarq, Prescott was a research associate at CoStar Group.

Prescott earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Georgia. Prescott is a CFA charterholder and holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation.
