Cost Manager

Sara joined Capital Square with over 30 years of multi-faceted Real Estate experience. As Cost Manager, she is responsible for managing all cost related processes for the Development Team, partnering with the Accounting Team to ensure accurate financial reporting for all Development Projects, as well as corporate reporting for Capital Square Development. Working with construction loan lenders on monthly project funding and tracking Budget to Actual progress for each project is a large part of her role. She also assists the Chief Development Officer with managing the financial performance of Capital Square Development including accurate fee scheduling, annual projections to actual and cash management.

Sara has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a minor in General Business and has completed the full accounting coursework from Virginia Commonwealth University.
