I want to commend Capital Square on recently removing several of my DST investment properties from the market. Unlike some of my other DST investments, where the Sponsor is self-dealing and selling the properties to themselves with no profit, Capital Square is showing integrity and putting its investor’s interests first. I appreciate that you have selected good properties that will withstand the tests of time and sell when the time is ripe and not sooner. Please thank your President, Chairman and team for phenomenal performance and integrity. I am cashing out of other DST investments that are selling too early and holding the cash to invest in Capital Square’s new offerings that meet my criteria.
