New Real Estate Investment Firm Targets High Net Worth Investors

Capital Square Management announced last week the introduction of a new venture, Capital Square Real Estate Advisors, LLC, a new investment firm for high net worth investors.

The new venture, based in Richmond, Virginia, is led by Louis J. Rogers, who has spent 29 years in the commercial real estate market, as a portfolio creator and manager and as an attorney focusing on real estate taxation and securities law.

“We are a newly formed company with cash on our balance sheet and no debts or liabilities,” Rogers said.
